a.       Ukraine – Anna

                                                               i.      We have list of what they need

                                                             ii.      Trying to become more like Western medicine model

                                                            iii.      Get together within next couple months

b.      Philippines

                                                               i.      Grace’s parents will take trip in Nov

                                                             ii.      Don’t have exact list of what they need

c.        Tajikastan

                                                               i.      Ayesha Kadir – brother works for merlin (www.merlin.org.uk)

                                                             ii.      Former Russian republic

                                                            iii.      Cholera epidemic – not recognized by government

                                                           iv.      Looking for lactated ringer and IV starter kits

                                                             v.      Raise funds to help pay for shipping

                                                           vi.      Goal: get together within next two weeks

IV.              Goals for semester

a.       Logistics

                                                               i.      Regular packing days and inventories

                                                             ii.      Group and sort supplies so we know how much and where it

                                                            iii.      Contact Robin if you can’t make it to the packing day but can help in any other way

b.      Fundraising

                                                               i.      Raise $2000 by end of the semester

                                                             ii.      Banquet benefit in November

c.       External

                                                               i.      Regular supplies drives (warm weather)

                                                             ii.      Phon-a-thons (cold weather)

                                                            iii.      Reach out to more hospitals/clinics

d.      Internal

                                                               i.      Encourage activity among members

                                                             ii.      Recruit and inform student body

                                                            iii.      Jessica will email new members about upcoming events

                                                          iv.      Roo Fairs have been successful, upcoming one on August 24 11am-2pm, U-center walkway

e.       Treasury Report

                                                               i.      $897.00 from Run/Walk, check sent to Ghana

                                                             ii.      $2362.96 in account
