Upsilon Pi Epsilon is dedicated to recognizing undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty members for academic excellence in computer science and information technology. Membership in UPE is a measure of academic achievement which is well respected by recruiters from major corporations and also allows members to compete for scholarships. We would like to congratulate all the students and faculty who have joined us as members of UPE.

To become a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon you must meet the following minimum criteria:

Undergraduate students: GPA of 3.5 overall and in all Computer Science coursework, must have completed 45 credit hours with at least 15 credit hours in the computing and information discipline |
|
|
Graduate students: GPA of 3.7, must have completed 18 credit hours of graduate credit in the computing and information disciplines |
|
|
Invitation for membership is not automatic and other additional criteria may be used to determine eligibility for membership including student organizations and offices held, community service, honors, awards and other information. |
Invitations are mailed each semester to students that meet the above criteria.
